Frederick Newman is an experienced and creative attorney who concentrates his practice on general corporate, Tax, and asset protection matters as well as guiding clients through commercial transactions and disputes. Throughout his legal career, he has represented a wide variety of clients, from individuals and small, local businesses to large multi-national public and private companies.
Prior to founding Pendragon Law Group in 2011, Mr. Newman developed his practice at large, top-level firms. He was most recently associated with KPMG LLP and previously was a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Drawing upon this experience, Mr. Newman launched Pendragon Law Group in an effort to provide his clients the "big firm" level of service in a more intimate, accessible and cost-effective manner.
Mr. Newman holds a BSBA and MBA from Auburn University, a JD from Gonzaga University School of Law, and a master's in tax law from the University of Washington. He is admitted to practice law in all federal and state courts in Washington State and before the U.S. Tax Court.
